Spring Into Fitness

On Saturday April 26, we are hosting Spring Into Fitness, a free event for the community to come in, get to know us and each other, and to get out of their comfort zone and try new ways of staying active.
We will have a BBQ, offer physical and nutritional assessments, body composition scans, and three different workouts(adaptive strength, kettlebells, and an introduction to boxing)—all for free for anyone who wants to show up and have a good time.
Whether you're new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, there’s something for everyone. Bring your friends, family, and let’s connect.
THE SCHEDULE
10AM-2PM: Fitness assessments & BBQ
10:30-11:15: Adaptive strength
11:30-12:30: Kettlebells
12:45-1:45: Intro to Boxing

Do you possess expertise in your field or unique skills that you’d like to share with others, but find yourself lacking the right space? We offer you the opportunity to rent our space during our off hours for a flat fee, allowing you to lead your own seminar or workshop.
