Before meeting Tony, I wanted to improve my core strength as I had a back injury that I wanted to prevent from reoccurring. In the past, I have worked with personal trainers and they were unable to assist me reach a healthy weight goal. With Tony, he was able to sit down with me and work out a plan that would work for me to actually finally reach both a strength goal and healthy weight goal.

After learning what my goals were, Tony was committed to seeing me succeed. He wasn’t just a personal trainer “doing his job”. He was committed to helping me recover from my injury and help me achieve my weight loss goal. We discussed my weekly “homework” and he gave me things I could do at the gym on my own. We food logged and worked on cutting out the excess sugar and unnecessary carbs in my diet to one where healthy fats, protein, and veggies were more abundant. The support from Tony was steady and the results were ongoing. After each milestone, we set new goals and I reached a new confidence in being healthier.

My first achievement was understanding my abilities in the gym. From there we worked on food logging and choosing a meal plan that worked for my lifestyle. We tried different workout plans to accommodate my back injury and recovery. With each passing month, I was getting stronger, my eating habits improved, my goals inched closer and I actually believed I could reach my goals. People started to notice my overall health improvements and were asking how they could work with a coach like Tony.

Tony worked with me at my own personal level. I was unsure I could lift any amount of weight especially with my back injury. Historically, I was unable to change my weight and therefore, I didn’t think I could live and enjoy life at a healthy weight. Tony was confident I could achieve more than I believed possible. He would check in with me between training sessions and build workout plans depending on the pains or busyness of my schedule. This was definitely more than just “personal training”, Tony was there for me during my fitness journey.

There are no words to explain how my transformation has changed my life. I am more confident in the gym and I never assume that I can’t do something until at least trying it first. When I am unsure about a workout, Tony is there to walk me through it or offer an alternative if the pain was too great. I’ve lost weight, body fat, and I’m in a whole new dress size. I don’t have the 3pm hunger pains/munchies or require naps like I used to. Training with Tony has given me the confidence in myself to believe I have the will power to achieve anything I set my mind to.

Train with Tony and F.R.E.E. Fitness, you won’t regret it. No matter how big or small your goals, Tony will be there for your transformation. Regardless of how many times you’ve tried and failed.
